The Rotary Club of Frankfort established the Rotary Youth Fund in 1988 to serve our young people in Frankfort and Franklin County. We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization which supports education initiatives, primarily providing scholarships annually to seniors from area high schools and the Thorn Hill Learning Center. Since our inception we have awarded more than $250,000 in scholarships to help make higher education possible for local students. The primary fundraiser supporting these scholarships is our annual Golf Scramble.

The Rotary Youth Fund celebrates 30 years of service to our youth, we are focused on the future. Our board, along with the Frankfort Rotary Club itself, plans to expand our impact. For instance, we will support educational programs designed to build a vibrant and viable workforce in our community, and institutions which train and expand opportunities for students with technical skills such as the Franklin County Career and Technical School.
